Blue cloth with silver titles and decorations, rubbing and light bumping to corners and spine ends, front and back covers have spotting and staining, hinges loose but strong, endpapers toned and foxed. Slight damage to upper fore-edge. Overall a nice copy of a rare first hand look at World War I life. Doctors from these units went on to found the world famous Cleveland Clinic.
